What uses a credit?
One generated garment photo or one fictional model reference uses one photo credit. Multiple camera views create separate photos and use one credit per view. Uploading your own model, reusing a saved model, reviewing images and building content packs use no additional credits.
Can I use my own model?
Yes. Upload a clear photo of a consenting adult you have permission to use. Model photos are private to your account and screened before use. Screening does not verify age, identity or consent.
Can I cancel Premium?
Yes, through your billing portal. You keep Premium through the end of the paid period. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Separately purchased extra credits do not expire.
Are AI photos guaranteed to match my garment?
Review the result against your original before posting. AI can change fine details, colour, fit or visible condition. Generated models and photos do not establish real fit, sizing or endorsements.
